What is Fully Vaccinated?
"Full vaccination" means two weeks have passed after the second dose in a two-dose COVID-19 vaccination series or two weeks have passed after a single-dose COVID-19 vaccination which has been authorized for emergency use or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or the World Health Organization, regardless of whether a COVID-19 vaccine booster has been received.
Do we need the Hard Copy Vaccination Card?
NO, a digital copy or printed copy matching your identification will suffice. Safe Access Hawaii QR code is also acceptable.
Can I take a Home Test?
No. Test results must be from a laboratory.
Will one test cover me for the duration of the tournament?
You must show a negative covid test within 48 hours of each entry. Example #1 : You receive negative test result on Friday at 8:00PM this result is good through Sunday at 8:00PM, you will need a new test for Monday entry. Example #2: You receive test result Saturday at 9:00am this test will be good until Monday at 9:00am (so if you enter the convention center before Monday 9:00am, you are good in this case)
If I cannot get a covid test does that mean I cannot watch the tournament?
Yes, unfortunately this is a State facility. There will be no exceptions.
We will have limited courts that are live-streamed for a fee.
At the team check-in do we need to show proof of vaccination?
Yes, for all players and rostered individuals. Negative test will not be checked at check in unless the staff member checking in the team is not vaccinated. Please note that the team rep that checks the team in, will need their proof of vaccination or a negative test in order for them to enter the convention center on the check-in day.
Will players and staff need credentials to enter the tournament?
Yes, Vaccinated players will receive a “Cleared” badge to help expedite them through the entry doors. Coaches will receive a wrist band that must be used for the duration of the tournament.
Will players have a designated Entry?
Yes, teams and team staff will be entering through designated doors in the lobby and via the parking garage. Player and Staff credentials will be checked.
Will temperature checks be done?
Yes, Convention center will check all entrants.
Can we re enter the tournament?
Yes, but be prepared to show the vaccination or negative test again . Also, if leaving the exhibit halls you will receive a wristband for re entry. You must have a wristband to re enter. Wristbands are color coded for each date.
What if a player, coach or spectator exhibits symptoms?
They should immediately leave the facility and test prior to returning.
How much is parking?
$12 no reentry

Are spectators Allowed?
Yes, space will be limited to 50% capacity. We will stop selling tickets once capacity is reached
Will tickets be available for purchase at the venue?
Only if we didn't reach capacity for the day. Due to the new capacity restrictions we suggest being proactive and purchasing online to ensure that your space is reserved.

When will the schedule be released?

Will there be Live Streaming?
We are still working on it. If we do end up Live Streaming, it might be only a few courts and it will be pay-per-view. We will announce it on the website if it happens.
