TPC Accommodation Policy:

All traveling teams must reserve lodging through the following approved hotels list. Should these options not meet your needs you may choose to opt-out for a fee of $500. For exemption please email info@transpacificvolleyball.com, and see more information about buyout option at the bottom of this page.

We’re currently working with our hotel and tourism partners to secure exclusive accommodations and special offers for teams, families, and spectators attending the TransPacific Volleyball Championships. In addition to great hotel options, we’re also putting together unique Hawaiʻi experiences, tours, activities, and event activations to help make your trip unforgettable both on and off the court.

Accomodations Policy

The TransPacific Volleyball Championships is a 7Gen Journey Pass Event, featuring:
🏐 Elite competition
🏨 Curated hotel options — all traveling teams are required to stay within the approved tournament hotel blocks
✈️ Travel stipend for division winners — equal to the early event registration fee and redeemable toward approved AAU tournaments

Divisions must have a minimum of 8 teams to qualify for any award. Awards are prorated and reach the full amount with 16 or more teams.
